“Land and Sea BLT”
Slow Roasted Pork Belly, North Atlantic smoked salmon, Hungry Toad Farm heirloom tomato, dijon aioli, crumbled goat cheese, and Patchwork Gardens greens, served on a Bakehouse Bread & Cookie Company ciabatta roll.
Organic red quinoa, with a variety of grilled squash, roasted bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes, dressed in a white balsamic vinaigrette.
